There were times I was really confused about what was happening. I put some cash into this investment, and then, poof, it vanished! I reached out to customer service, but they were super unhelpful. Luckily, a recovery firm stepped in and managed to get my money back in just a few days. Big shoutout to A s s e t r e c o u p. o r g for their help!

Fraudsters. Although the numbers are twisted, when you attempt to take out your funds, they block you from using cryptos like any respectable platform. The fee for DAI / USDT / USDC is 5 bucks. A bank transfer will set you back 29 bucks.

I've been dealing with problems regarding my documents since the very first time I put money into my account. Initially, my account was restricting me from making withdrawals and kept asking for my documents. I uploaded everything they requested, but after two months, they still hadn't verified anything for me to withdraw. Every couple of days, I'd get an email reminding me to upload my documents again. Finally, they verified my account, and I tried to withdraw my funds. But after three attempts, they just kept saying my withdrawal was processing. Eventually, I received an email saying my money was returned to my account. Now, my account is blocked, and I can't access it or withdraw my funds after three long months. If Libertex isn't a scam, please send me my money!

I gotta say, this is absolutely the worst shopping site. I attempted to take out my funds, and they went ahead and processed the payment with a big commission fee. A week has passed, and my cash still hasn’t shown up in my bank account. Instead, they just put my money back into my Libertex account, but now half of it is missing. I’m pretty sure if I try to withdraw again, they’ll hit me with another commission fee. This site is just a total scam.
